Yes Yinlong Square in Jinan is a commercial project of Phoenix Square in Shang Lu. As of March 2023, Yinlong Plaza has been completed, and a few lots have been renovated by merchants. The four buildings for internal business office have not been completed and are still under construction, so they haven't opened yet, and they can't open until all the construction is completed, so Jinan Yinlong Plaza can still open.
