In response to the work of multi-mediation, Ma Qiang introduced that relying on the people's mediation force, he actively explored the mediation pre-procedure, and hired 669 people's mediators (resident 165) to settle in the 17 grass-roots court to mediate family affairs, property heating, traffic accidents, neighborhood relations and small debt disputes in advance; Relying on Beijing Multi-mediation Development Promotion Association, standardize and integrate the strength of 45 professional mediation organizations and explore the management mode of professional mediation industry; Exploring the professional mediation of lawyers, Chaoyang court established a roster of lawyers' mediators, Fengtai court established a team of lawyers' mediators and set up a lawyer's mediation studio, and the professional advantages of lawyers' mediation initially appeared; Solve the problem of mediation funds, establish a mediation work evaluation system, and develop a mediation case information system and an online mediation system to ensure the long-term development of the docking of litigation and mediation. In the next step, Beijing courts will thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on building a * * * social governance structure and strengthening the construction of a mechanism for preventing and resolving social contradictions, continue to play the leading, promoting and safeguarding role of the judiciary in the diversified dispute resolution mechanism, consolidate and improve the trial pattern of quick trial at the front end and intensive trial at the back end, and strive to improve the work effect of "multiple mediation+quick adjudication".
