"Citywalk" is a medium-sized entertainment and leisure shopping center located in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. The first phase covers an area of 300,000 square feet, with an open-air garden square of 40,000 square feet and a giant "upright garden" of 8,000 feet. The innovative concept of "Nature × Shopping" is introduced into the shopping center, with a floor height of 4.85 to 6 meters and a single corridor design. Phase I 180 Store, the superstructure is Yuanjing City, managed by Xinhe Group. At the end of 2007, Tsuen Xintiandi won the platinum certificate issued by Hong Kong Environmental Protection Building Association. The second phase covers an area of 200,000 square feet, and the superstructure is the imperial dynasty, which is also managed by Xinhe Group. The second phase is expected to open in the second quarter of 2009.
