Which administrative department is in charge of Beijing Dongju Property Management Center?

According to the Document of Beijing Municipal People's Government on the Implementation Plan of Municipal Organs and Institutions (Zheng Jingfa [2002] 18), all property service enterprises in Beijing are registered and managed by the administrative department for industry and commerce, and are also supervised by many administrative departments such as urban management and urban management law enforcement. Accordingly, Beijing Dongju Property Management Center also needs to be registered in the industrial and commercial department and subject to the supervision of other relevant administrative departments.
