Fire safety management measures

Legal analysis: Because the fire resistance of some building materials in high-rise buildings is low, the fire, electricity and gas networks used in high-rise buildings are concentrated, and there are many fire factors such as lightning strike, so the possibility and danger of fire are greater. Once a fire breaks out, because of the tall buildings, many people, the fire spreads quickly, and it is difficult to put out the fire and evacuate people, which will often cause great losses to life and property, so it is necessary to strengthen fire management.

The fire management of high-rise buildings should implement the policy of "prevention first, combining prevention with elimination", base on self-prevention and self-rescue (put the responsibility of fighting the initial fire of high-rise buildings into the management personnel), and implement strict management and scientific management. We should focus on the following tasks:

(1) Improve the fire control organization and clarify the fire control responsibility;

(2) Formulate fire control system and strengthen fire control awareness education;

(3) Improve fire control facilities;

(4) Formulate fire emergency plans and organize fire drills.

In addition to the above-mentioned centralized special management, property management companies accept buildings for owners and residents, go through the check-in and lease procedures, do a good job in landscaping, assist government functional departments such as police stations and neighborhood committees, handle complaints from owners and residents, conduct lease management, and provide as comprehensive services as possible, which is also a part of high-rise building management.
