1. All elderly people aged 60-69 need to go to the five major business offices of the bus group (Heather, Jiefang, Heping, Taishan and Jinxiu) with their household registration book, original ID card and copy (A4 paper).

2. The elderly need to pay a deposit in 30 yuan for each card, and apply for the minimum recharge in 20 yuan for the first time. After that, the minimum recharge is an integer multiple of 20 yuan, 50 yuan and 50 yuan, and the maximum balance in the card is 200 yuan (tentative).

Available range

Old people can enjoy preferential treatment when they take bus lines in the city (excluding express rail, tourist lines and minibuses) and bus lines in Jinzhou New District (excluding three lines, namely Jinzhou to Development Zone, Jinzhou to Dongjiagou Wolong District, Jinzhou to Jinshitan, tourist lines and minibuses), and their spending by swiping their cards each time is 50% of the fare of this line. If you take a non-preferential route, you can enjoy normal consumption according to the fare displayed on the route.

Use skills

This card is for personal use only, and continuous swiping in the same car is invalid. The bus card for the elderly can be used unlimited times during the service period, and the cardholder will be automatically converted into an ordinary pearl card after reaching the age of 70.

Use management regulations

When swiping the card by car, you must also show the Liaoning Provincial Old Age Certificate (the old age certificate issued by the place where the foreign elderly citizens are registered), and you must not refuse the inspection and the inspection of the drivers and passengers. If you have any objection, you must show relevant certificates. If it is strictly lent or fraudulently used, the offender will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Dalian Public Passenger Transport Management Regulations.

Change card, return card, change card.

1. I lost my bus card for the elderly, and I went to the above five business offices of the bus group to apply for a replacement card with my ID card, household registration book and the original card for the elderly.

2. If the bus card for the elderly needs to be returned for special reasons after being sold, I or my agent will return the card to the above five business offices with the cardholder's ID card, the original household registration book, the bus card and the deposit receipt. If it is not man-made damage when returning the card, the deposit and the balance in the card will be refunded in full. If the card is damaged artificially when it is returned, only the balance in the card will be returned, and the deposit will not be refunded.

3. When the bus card for the elderly is damaged and cannot be used, it needs to be replaced at the above five business halls of the bus group with the fault card and deposit receipt. If it is identified as non-human damage, the card should be replaced free of charge. If it is man-made damage, the card should be reissued after paying the deposit. If the balance in the card cannot be confirmed by then, it will take 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) to deal with it, and the original bad card and deposit slip will be recovered.
