Specific work content of house repair

1. Check one household before centralized delivery.

To inspect the commercial housing to be delivered, communicate with Party A in advance to confirm the delivery batch and deliver it to the building, generally about 30 days in advance, but this time is not fixed and needs to be handled flexibly. Party A's management personnel are responsible for follow-up, and the house maintenance engineer is responsible for rectifying the problem with the construction unit after receiving it until the contract between Party A and the property management company expires.

2. Project delivery

If your property management company has many projects, other projects need to be delivered, and one household needs to inspect the house. At this time, you will help. If a batch of 1 000 sets is delivered, 100 house maintenance engineers will be dispatched, each 1 set. The average workload will require you to complete 30 sets of blank tests a day, which means 20 sets a day.
