According to the Technical Management Regulations of Electric Energy Metering Devices (DL/T 448-20 16), power supply enterprises will regularly check the operation quality of electric meters to confirm whether it is necessary to rotate the same batch of electric meters. Power supply enterprises divide the electric energy meters with the same manufacturer, model, order (production) batch and relatively concentrated installation address into several batches for sampling inspection and judgment. If it is judged as a qualified batch, the batch of meters can continue to run, and the operation quality of the batch of meters will be checked two years later; If the batch is judged to be unqualified, replace all the meters in the batch.
