Can the residential parking space property be rented?

Legal analysis: the residential ground parking space property has no right to rent. The ground parking space in residential area refers to the parking space for parking cars in the area shared by all owners, occupying the roads or other venues shared by the owners and belonging to the owners. Without the authorization of the owner, the property has no right to rent alone.

Legal basis: The ownership of the parking spaces and garages planned for parking cars in Article 275 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be agreed upon by the parties through sale, gift or lease. Parking spaces that occupy roads or other venues owned by the owner for parking cars shall be owned by the owner.
