To sum up, property management companies have the responsibility to conduct regular inspections of houses. In this incident, the property management company is partly responsible for improper management, and if it causes losses to the owners, it needs to bear part of the responsibility.

If there is no loss, the owners' committee should urge the property company to strengthen the housing management in the community and issue an improvement plan to avoid similar incidents in the future.
