How to use housing maintenance fund and housing accumulation fund?

Housing maintenance fund can only be used for the maintenance of public parts of residential areas such as roads, squares, public buildings and roofs. When used, it must be proposed by the owners' committee and approved by the public maintenance fund management center.

Housing accumulation fund is a mutual aid measure adopted by the state to encourage employees to buy their own houses. Individuals must meet the conditions of continuous payment for more than 6 months or 1 year before applying for provident fund loans. Fill in the approval form of provident fund, and the bank will issue a running list of provident fund.
