First, the basic situation of housing

Second, the application object

To apply for renting the first phase of Kongjia Loan College Student Talent Apartment, the following conditions must be met at the same time:

(1) The unit that the lessee applies for must be registered in Gongshu District Administration for Industry and Commerce, and it is an enterprise that has paid taxes of 8 million yuan or more in 20 10;

(2) The applicant has the household registration of permanent urban residents in Hangzhou, or has gone through residence registration, and holds corresponding certificates;

(3) The applicant has a full-time undergraduate degree or above, or an intermediate (inclusive) or above professional title, or a senior (inclusive) or above professional qualification certificate;

(4) The applicant and his family members have no housing in Hangzhou (excluding Xiaoshan District and Yuhang District) (including existing and transferred private housing, public housing, affordable housing provided by the government, housing enjoying preferential policies, etc.). );

(five) the applicant and the unit signed a labor contract for more than one year (inclusive), and paid the housing provident fund or social insurance.

Three, the number of families and rental housing allocation in accordance with the following principles:

The rented house has three bedrooms and one living room, including two bedrooms on the south 1-5 floor, two bedrooms on the north 1 room, two bedrooms on the south 6 floor, and a penthouse 1 room (according to the standard of rooms facing south).

Fourth, the application process

This application must be submitted to Gongshu District Construction (Housing Authority) by the unit where the lessee works. The specific procedures are as follows:

(a) to receive the form. From April/KLOC-0 to April 8 (daily working hours, the same below), the unit that the tenant applied for received the application form, publicity form and other relevant forms and materials in the service hall on the first floor of Gongshu District Construction (Housing Management) Bureau.

(2) organizing publicity. The unit that the lessee applies for shall summarize the application form and application materials, conduct preliminary examination, fill in the publicity form and publicize it in the unit for 5 days, and accept the supervision of the masses. After the end of the publicity, the unit is responsible for verifying the report, and signing the opinions on the application form with the official seal.

(3) submission of materials. From April 15 to April 19, the unit where the tenant applies will submit application materials such as application form, unit demand list, unit business license and unit tax payment certificate to the service hall on the first floor of Gongshu District Construction (Housing Authority) during daily working hours.

(4) qualification examination. Gongshu District Construction (Housing Authority) examines the application materials submitted by the units where each tenant applies, confirms the quasi-rental qualification of eligible prospective tenants and enters the rent allocation procedure.

Six, the rent standard

The rent for the first phase of Kongjiadai College Student Talent Apartment is tentatively set at 13 yuan/m2/month, and the above rent standard includes the property management fee.
