Which department should I complain to if the residential property charges are unreasonable?

The departments that can complain about unreasonable charges of residential property are:

1. Complain to the Price Bureau. The early property charges must be approved by the price bureau, which has the right and obligation to supervise the property company.

2. Complain to the Housing Authority that the Housing Authority is the industry management department of the property company and has the obligation to deal with the violations of the property company;

3. Complaints to consumer associations are charged at the following rates:

(1) Before the establishment of the owners' meeting, the charging standard for ordinary residential property services shall be determined according to the assessed property management service level and the government-guided price;

(2) After the establishment of the owners' meeting, the property service charges shall be decided by the owners' meeting and reported to the competent price department for the record;

(3) gradually establish a market-oriented price mechanism that is determined by the owners' committee and the property company through consultation and is consistent with the quality and price;

(4) Residents can directly report the unreasonable charges in property management to the municipal and district price departments.
