Legal analysis: If the property brings a lawsuit, the court will notify the parties within one week after filing the case. As long as there is default in property fees, it will be prosecuted by the property company. If the owner is required to pay the property fee and compensate for the loss, the court will mediate first because he is sued for not paying the property fee. If the mediation fails, the owner will be awarded compensation. If the owner refuses to perform, the property company may apply for compulsory execution. The limitation period for requesting protection of civil rights from the people's court is three years. Where there are other provisions in the law, those provisions shall prevail.
