3. Non-excellent Guangdong Foshan brand, buyers with real estate, who own/kloc-0 or more houses in this city, will suspend the sale of a set of second-hand commercial housing in the restricted purchase area.
4. Non-excellent Guangdong Foshan brand buyers who have no real estate, work in this city, have a bachelor's degree or above, or have professional qualifications of intermediate workers or above, are not restricted by household registration, individual tax and social security for the first time. Those who do not meet the provisions of arrears, when purchasing commercial housing in the restricted area, must provide the personal income tax payment certificate or social insurance payment certificate that has been paid in this city for more than 1 year within two years before the date of purchase, and the paid personal income tax or social insurance payment certificate is invalid.
Note: The number of units is family (husband and wife and minor children are a family). As long as the purchaser or his family members are the existing owners or one of the owners of the house, they are included in the number of units owned by the family.
