Mainly depends on whether the obligation of the property service enterprise in the property service contract stipulates that the property service enterprise has the obligation of indoor maintenance. If the realty service contract clearly stipulates that the realty service enterprise has the obligation of indoor maintenance, then the electrician of the realty service enterprise should help the owner to repair the indoor circuit.

If the Property Service Enterprise does not stipulate that the property service enterprise has the obligation of on-site maintenance, the property service enterprise may not be responsible for on-site maintenance, but many property service enterprises will also help the owners to do on-site maintenance and charge some fees accordingly.
