The property is responsible for the burst of the water pipe in the community. Property shall provide corresponding services in accordance with the provisions of the property service contract. If the public water pipes in residential areas burst, the owners may require the property to be rectified, and the relevant departments of the districts and streets shall urge the property to inspect the water pipes regularly, and timely maintain them when faults are found, so as to ensure the normal use of water by residents in residential areas.
