What does property accounting do?

The general work is: audit the expense vouchers of various departments and review the validity and legality of their original vouchers, supervise the whole process of expenses and ensure the correctness of expenses;

Review the purchasing plan of commodities required by various departments, and determine the approval of purchasing a variety of commodities based on the principle of "ordering on demand"; Make an inventory of the company's assets, inventory materials and low-value consumables regularly or irregularly. Reduce the inventory backlog, put an end to the waste of funds, and ensure the safety and integrity of assets;

Review the monthly notice of payment of property fees and utilities to ensure its accuracy, and actively follow up and supervise the collection of daily fees. Attend the company regular meeting every week. Summarize the work of the finance department for one week and report the work plan for this week; Communicate with all departments in time to understand the company's operation and do related work well; Review all kinds of contracts of the company, and supervise and verify the implementation of contract payment; Prepare the monthly work report of the finance department as required, and timely reflect the company's income, expenditure and collection of various expenses; Assist the general manager to prepare the annual budget at the end of the year.
