How to define the level of property management, and what is the basis?

Property management companies are divided into one, two and three grades according to their qualifications.

A first-class qualified enterprise requires a registered capital of more than 5 million yuan, with more than 30 property management professionals and full-time management technicians in engineering, management, economy and other related majors, and manages more than two types of properties and the area reaches a certain standard.

The second-level qualification requires a registered capital of more than 3 million yuan, and there are more than 20 property management professionals and full-time management technicians in engineering, management, economy and other related majors, who manage more than two types of properties and the area reaches a certain standard.

The third-level qualification requires a registered capital of more than 500,000 yuan, and there are not less than 10 property management professionals and full-time management technicians in engineering, management, economics and other related majors to entrust property management projects.

The issuance and management of the qualification certificates of three-level property management enterprises shall be the responsibility of the Ministry of Construction, the provincial construction department and the district and city housing management department respectively.
