About property management fee

You can go to the property and ask (after all, the owner can't directly see the property contract) what the composition of the property fee is. If you do not include the expenses listed, these expenses need to be paid. In particular, the decoration garbage, that is, the garbage generated by the owner's own decoration, has a relatively large transportation cost and does not belong to domestic garbage. Property can only be handled on its behalf, and it is reasonable to charge paid fees. But the annual elevator inspection fee should not be counted on the owner's head, but should be paid by the property company itself.
