5. If you come to Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Xinjiang, Tibet, Yunnan, Guangxi and other border provinces where there is no local epidemic. Please hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and conduct 1 nucleic acid test and 7-day health monitoring after you come to live.

6. For those from non-key areas in other provinces, please hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours or conduct 1 nucleic acid test after the next life, and do a good job in self-health monitoring.

Third, do a good job in daily protection and minimize gathering.
