How to choose between real estate and property management?

After signing the contract, most things have nothing to do with you. You can continue to facilitate other transactions, make profits for the company and raise your salary.

But the nature is different. Property is a job that a good person doesn't like to do and can't be done well by others (especially residential property). You are in the same place and have more than n customers at the same time. As Party B, you have too many various Party A's. In the long process of property service, it is actually the process of the accumulation of contradictions between the owners and the property. The current operating conditions of the property management company are not very good. Many of my friends live in communities that basically rely on parking for a living. In addition, most property companies are subordinate to real estate companies. Real estate companies have to support such a burden in order to cater to national policies. They will ask the property management company to save costs, so the quality of service will decline, there will be more contradictions between the owners and the property, and the property fees will be more difficult to collect. So far, there is no solution to this problem.

Although I have never worked as a real estate agent, I really think their work is really simpler than ours (maybe subjectively, I'm not sure). The decisive factor for customers to buy your house or rent it is only the house itself, and they will not buy or rent it just because who says it is good.
