How about Daning Mountain Villa in Beijing?

Not bad, there are villas and garden houses (basically five floors), and the back is close to Daning Reservoir. There used to be a golf course, but now it seems to be closed. Going out is the Beijing-Shijiazhuang Expressway, only a few kilometers away from the Fifth Ring Road. However, it is not very convenient to support general public transportation around. It takes half an hour to walk by subway in daotian station. The residential environment is good and quiet, but the greening in the later period is obviously not as good as that in previous periods, but there are plenty of parking spaces. The property feels ordinary, not very formal and not very professional. I hope they can seriously improve. The facilities in the community can only meet the normal demand, and there are no good schools, supermarkets, restaurants and hospitals nearby.
