What does a three-star tutor in Xiwo Xingtan mean?

In order to better understand the teachers' learning mastery, the lecturers conducted a stage assessment of the teachers as a star rating;

"Xiwo Xingtan Project" is a national project initiated by Xiwo Education Research Institute to improve teachers' information technology and subject integration ability.

It aims to help the education authorities to promote the implementation of the Action Plan for Revitalizing Teacher Education (20 18-2022), implement the construction project of backbone trainers, train a group of core backbone teachers, and adopt the way of "teacher education teachers" to drive more primary and secondary school teachers to improve their teaching level by using information technology.

From the first phase of the "Xiwo Xingtan Project" held in May this year, it has been extended from 1 1 to the fourth phase, and the location has also extended from Guangzhou to Central China, affecting more teachers.
