The area of the house has shrunk. How did the owner break the neighbor's wall?

Recently, due to the "shrinkage" of the housing area, the owner, Ms. Zhou, sued the developer for not returning the corresponding area, and actually found someone to smash the wall used by her family and neighbors. After receiving the property notice, Mr. Liu, a neighbor, quickly stepped forward to stop it and reported it to the police. Ms. Zhou told the police not to smash, and after the police left, she started smashing again. In the end, a big hole was smashed in the wall, and the bathroom decoration of Mr. Liu's house was damaged.

Neighbor Mr. Liu said that his house was just about to be rented, which delayed everything. He hoped that the perpetrators would compensate for the losses and apologize. He hopes that the other party can compensate and apologize to him.

Mr. Liu believes that Ms. Zhou is dissatisfied with the verdict and has the right to appeal, but she cannot take such drastic actions. Ms. Zhou's lawyer said that if Mr. Liu thinks that his rights and interests have been infringed, he can also sue Ms. Zhou for compensation.

The court decided to pay the purchase price:

Due to unsuccessful negotiation with the developer, Ms. Zhou took the developer Wuhan Century Longyang Real Estate Co., Ltd. to court in April this year. In June, the case was heard in court, and Mr. Liu participated in the trial as a third person. Ms. Zhou asked the court to order the developer to restore the housing structure, return the housing area, and compensate the rent loss caused by the shrinking housing area.

During the trial, Mr. Liu said that the delivery and renovation of his house were legal and compliant, and he was also a victim. He had already renovated it, hoping to simplify the settlement of the dispute.

The court verified the floor plan of the property, the sales contract of commercial housing in Wuhan, the record certificate of project completion acceptance, the submission of the house, the handover procedures of the owner and other materials, and confirmed that there was indeed a space with the area of 1.3m× 1.6m on the second floor of Room 906 where Mr. Liu lived. However, Ms. Zhou's claim for the return of the housing area is inconsistent with the agreement on the area difference between the two parties in the contract, and both parties have renovated it, which will cause great losses and the court will not support it.

The reporter learned that since the area on the first floor of Room 906 has not shrunk, the 2.08 square meters on the second floor has indeed been allocated to Room 905, which is equivalent to the construction area of 1.04 square meters less. In July, Hanyang District People's Court ruled that the developer should pay Ms. Zhou 1492 1.92 yuan and rejected Ms. Zhou's other demands.

Ms. Zhou expressed dissatisfaction with this judgment and contacted a lawyer to appeal. On the first 12 day after the verdict came out, Ms. Zhou took someone to smash the wall of Mr. Liu's house.

Jingchu. Part of the area of his house was sold to the next door by the developer, who sued the developer for failing to meet the requirements. The owner smashed the neighbor's wall and demanded to "reduce" the area.
