Only by going straight ahead, this belief is worth learning in any innovative work today, and the best way to create a way out for yourself is not to leave a backward path for yourself. So many people ask, does innovation really depend on brains or skills? Of course, there are these ingredients in it, but Teacher Luo's speech gave us a brand-new understanding. In the final analysis, innovation still needs the support of a belief, a spirit of fighting difficulties to the end, a spirit of dying, and a spirit of burying oneself in the future. Faith can move mountains. This is the foundation of innovation.

I also like the sentence quoted by Mr. Luo in his speech, "People in trouble often only care about their own problems, and the solution to problems often lies in how you solve other people's problems." This is an innovative thinking, which is what we call "knocking down the wall of thinking". Our solution to a problem often depends on its solution. Although Unlimited Children and grandchildren is praised by later generations, it often touches many people who are on the road of hard work and finally touches the gods. However, there are not miracles in real life every day. Just staring at the mountain in front of me every day, I can't think of what is beyond the mountain. Without broad thinking and vision, it is still a mountain beyond the mountain. This is also the origin of the nickname Yu Gong. No matter how persistent he is, he is a fool after all.

Then if we tear down the wall in our hearts and see the world across the wall, we will know what empathy is. It is no longer that you look up at the mountain, but that you look at your tiny self from the height of the mountain. It is no longer a fool moving mountains, but a flexible thinking angle of "if the mountains don't come, I will go".

As Mr. Luo wrote in his speech, in the face of how to solve the problem of community cleaning at a low price, Yuanjing Property Company is not considering how to reduce its own cost, but in turn thinking of others, whose needs the community cleaning work caters to. Therefore, enterprises that only have their own interests in their eyes have no big pattern and no big development. Imagine that Yuanjing Company only thinks about how to reduce cleaning wages and maximize its own interests. For ordinary cleaning, its interests are actually infringed. How can they help you earn money if their wages are not up to standard?

This story also reminds me of a similar innovative thinking in economics, "always consider each other's interests." You read it carefully and finally know which one to buy.

Well, the same thing, just another question, why is the result completely different? Because the other party's gains are completely different, everything should be considered for exchange. What the other party has paid and what they can get, directly ask why no one cares? Because this is a pure request, you get the answer, but the other party's interests have nothing to gain, but it takes time to answer for you. Actually, it was a loss. In their view, altruism will lead to lack of motivation. This is why it is unrealistic for a vision company to spend 500 yuan for professional cleaning.

Then the second question is different. It is selfish. Why should I answer? Because I want to prove that I am better than you, and I know better than you. I want to satisfy my vanity. Therefore, this is a purely selfish emotional value for the respondent. As long as you show a little weakness, his sense of gain will explode. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of motivation, we must first solve the interests of the other party.

Drucker once said, "The so-called innovation is the act of giving resources new ability to create wealth." Vision saw this. In fact, those retired grandparents are very suitable resources. How do these resources create wealth? That's what we said. We solved their problems first, such as face, management, responsibility and sense of accomplishment. These problems have been solved. Are they willing to solve their own problems? Or do they solve their own problems at the same time? This is an innovation of thinking.
