Is it illegal to enclose the parking space in front of the community with a string?

Parking without permission is illegal.

Parking spaces in general residential areas, if private, will be separated by lines. If it is a public parking space in the community, it is even more impossible to enclose it privately. This is a violation and can be reported to the property management.
