Can the property fee be invoiced by the company?

Property fees can be invoiced and charged to the company. When collecting property management fees from residents, the property needs to issue invoices together. If residents have paid the fee but have not received the invoice, they can ask for the invoice from the property or report to the relevant units to safeguard their reasonable rights and interests, and also avoid the phenomenon of tax evasion of the property.

The process of issuing invoices by the company is as follows:

1. Confirm the invoice type, such as general VAT invoice or special VAT invoice;

2. Confirm the contents of the invoice, including the buyer's name, taxpayer identification number, address, telephone number, etc. ;

3. Fill in the invoice and pay in the name of the buyer;

4. Fill in the taxpayer identification number, address, telephone number and other relevant information of the buyer;

5. Fill in invoice date, invoice number, amount, tax rate and other information;

6. After confirmation, affix the official seal of the company, sign and keep a copy of the invoice.
