Article 11 of the Standard for the Construction of Funeral Parlors (standard 18 1-20 17) stipulates that the construction of funeral parlors should meet the following requirements in addition to the principles of land classification and planning management: First, it should be built on the downwind side of the local perennial dominant wind direction, and should be conducive to drainage and air diffusion. Second, handle the relationship with neighboring units and residents, in line with the current national standard "Hygienic Protection Distance Standard for Crematorium" (GB 1808 1-2000).
