3. Granite, marble and other important materials are strictly prohibited. The total thickness after decoration shall not exceed 20mm (except for light materials such as wood floors).

6. The structure and function of the kitchen and bathroom shall not be changed, and the smoke generated by the range hood shall not pollute the wall.

7. The windows, balconies and glass of the external wall shall not be changed. If it is damaged, it needs to be replaced in the future, and the original style and color must be maintained. When replacing windows, explain the property requirements to the construction unit in advance, and then order.

8. It is forbidden to change the beams, columns, plates and load-bearing walls of the house, and the load-bearing structure shall not be damaged.

9. It is forbidden to change the main water supply and drainage pipeline, add heating facilities and change the heating purpose.

10. It is forbidden to install sunshade and paste, hang or install any other items that affect the exterior of the building.

Details to be paid attention to when decorating a house

1, don't put the gas stove on the wooden cabinet for kitchen decoration, and don't wrap the gas main valve in the wooden cabinet. Once the basement catches fire, it will be difficult to close the main gas valve in the fire, and the consequences will be unimaginable.

2. The building floor should not be paved entirely with marble. The weight of marble is dozens of times that of floor tiles and wooden floors. If all marble is laid, the floor may be overwhelmed. Especially above the second floor, because the house decoration has not been appraised by the house safety appraisal station, the weight of the ground decoration materials shall not exceed 40 kg/m2.
