Hello, my leakage protector has tripped and the socket is dead. How can I return it if I can't?

The earth leakage protector cannot be pushed up because the reset button has not been reset.

When the earth leakage protector trips in use, and the cause of switch action is not found through inspection, it is allowed to try to send electricity once. If it trips again, the cause and fault shall be found out, and continuous forced power transmission is not allowed.

Once the leakage protector is damaged and cannot be used, please ask a professional electrician to check or replace it immediately. The reason why the leakage protector fails and refuses to operate is on the one hand the leakage protector itself, and on the other hand the reason from the line.
