In the process of construction, the general contractor signs a general construction contract with the owner, and if there is subcontracting, it will sign a subcontracting contract with the subcontractor, which will be determined according to the subcontracting content. Some owners specify subcontracting, subcontracting separately, and some contractors subcontract themselves. Some of them also need a budget and quote according to the budget.
