Jingjiang Maintenance Fund Payment Standard

Jingjiang maintenance fund payment standard is 2%-5.2% of the purchase price.

Article 53 of the Property Management Regulations stipulates that the owner of a residential property, a non-residential property in a residential community or a non-residential property connected with a single residential building structure shall pay the maintenance fund to the seller according to the proportion of 2%-5.2% of the purchase price.
