Later, the master explained: in fact, the so-called black-hearted red brick means that the more black places inside, the better. Many people want to buy this kind of red brick, but they can't. The reason why the inside of this red brick turns black is that coal gangue is added to the clay as the brick that burns inside, so there will be black centers after firing. In fact, the strength of this kind of brick is much better than that of ordinary red brick, and there will be a crisp sound when knocking, so you can only say that you don't know the goods. Second, what matters should be paid attention to in indoor wall building?

1. Pre-soaking bricks: Before wall construction, the bricks should be watered and wetted two days in advance, and must not be cast in place. Dry bricks should also be avoided from directly mounting on the wall, otherwise the stability of the wall will be affected.

2. Mortar should be mixed and used now: the mortar used for wall building should be mixed and used now, and it is best to use it up within 3 months after mixing. In addition, it should be noted that if the high temperature reaches 30℃ during construction, the mortar needs to be used up completely within two hours. Once the mortar is found to be hard, do not add water to stir it for use, let alone use overnight mortar.

3. Carefully add plasticizers: Generally speaking, adding various plasticizers to cement mortar will greatly reduce the compressive strength of masonry. Because cement has fine fineness and good workability, it is best not to add plasticizer. If it must be added, the proportion must be determined by experiments.

4. Slurry laying length: if the wall is paved with slurry, the slurry laying length should not exceed 750 mm ... At the same time, if the temperature exceeds 30℃ during construction, the slurry laying length should not exceed 500 mm

5. Construction temperature: When building walls, the height of building walls shall not exceed 1.8m every day. In case of continuous rainy weather, the height of masonry wall shall not exceed 1.2m every day while strictly controlling the consistency of mortar. In addition, a row of dry bricks must be placed on the top of the wall, or covered with materials such as straw curtains, and necessary protective measures must be taken before stopping work every day or in rainy days.

6. The amount of sand used should be well controlled: when building walls, the amount of sand must be well controlled. Generally speaking, the mortar used for building walls is medium sand. At the same time, the dosage of sand must be strictly controlled according to the design label of mortar. Can't exceed the standard to increase the amount of sand.

7. Construction should be standardized: when debugging mortar, it should be produced, stored and maintained according to the specifications to avoid problems such as sun exposure, rain and overdue delivery, and the standardization of construction must be guaranteed.
