According to the announcement, the five illegal constructions are all illegal construction projects in the urban residential areas of this city, including five districts of Dongcheng District, Xicheng District, Chaoyang District, Fangshan District and Changping District.

The reporter learned from the relevant departments that the area of the north and south sides of the illegal building built by Li Jie's family is 29.5 square meters. This year's profit obligation notice and the notice of ordering to stop construction, and take photos to collect evidence. On April 27th, the general case procedure was completed, witnessed and signed by the property staff. On June 7, the urban management department issued the Notice of Demolition within a Time Limit to the counterpart unit. On July 2, a notice of compulsory demolition was issued to the counterpart unit.

On July 6, July 30 and August 19, Fangshan urban management department and other law enforcement officers interviewed Li Jie three times, focusing on the harm of illegal construction, publicizing the relevant laws and regulations of Beijing to crack down on illegal construction, and mobilizing the owners to dismantle them themselves. However, until today, the illegal buildings on this site have not been demolished.

According to today's announcement, if Li Jie still doesn't dismantle the sun room by himself within 15 days, Fangshan District Government will forcibly dismantle the illegal building according to relevant regulations.
