Boarding Independent Campus: Located on the south side of the central axis of CBD in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China (connecting Lianhuashan Park-Citizen Center-Exhibition Center in Futian District, Shenzhen), adjacent to Huanggang Park, with an area of nearly 1 10,000 square meters and a building area of10.5 million square meters. There are standard classrooms and study rooms (equipped with projectors, air conditioners, etc.). ), an international examination room conforming to CIE standards and a high-standard physics, chemistry and biology laboratory, as well as a computer room, a dance room, a piano room, a library and a 440-seat auditorium.

Sports facilities: track and field, basketball court, futsal court, badminton court, gym, table tennis room and volleyball court.

Catering services: there are student and teacher canteens, canteens and beverage machines. Catering services are provided by professional companies through bidding.

Student Dormitory: Shenzhen International Jiaotong University Campus has a 6-storey dormitory building of 1, which can accommodate 500 beds. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, lockers, built-in toilets (with hot water shower and other facilities), single beds and so on. Boys and girls live on different floors, and each floor has a full-time life teacher to serve students' daily life, keep the house clean and tidy, and enforce dormitory discipline. On weekends and holidays, the life teacher is responsible for managing non-Shenzhen local students who live on campus.

Campus adopts closed management. In terms of management structure, the school has set up a safety and health committee, a food management committee and a comprehensive service office. The school employs professional companies to provide property services, and security guards are on duty 24 hours a day.

Psychological Counseling: Each class in Shenzhen International Communication University has a head teacher who is also a teacher, paying attention to students' mental health.
