Property management: In 2008, the company actively promoted property renovation and management services for commercial properties such as Shanghai Industrial Building, Levin Business Center and Admiralty Plaza, so as to enhance the property grade and value. The average annual occupancy rate reached over 97%, the rent collection rate exceeded 99%, and the average rental price increased by 6% month-on-month.
