The online subsidy application module is open from September 2022 1 to September 20, 2022 10:00. If the property service enterprise or the property emergency maintenance department fails to submit the subsidy application within this time period, it shall be deemed as an automatic waiver of the subsidy.

It is reported that the property service enterprises that can apply for financial subsidies to help enterprises fight the epidemic are: providing property management services for residential areas in Pudong New Area according to the contract, and providing epidemic prevention and control services according to the requirements of local towns (housing management offices) and community neighborhood committees during this round of epidemic. And the property emergency maintenance departments that provide housing emergency maintenance services for the safe operation of the city and other epidemic prevention and control work during this round of epidemic, including the new district property emergency maintenance center and the special service stations for property emergency maintenance in towns recognized by the district housing management department.

This subsidy adopts the application mode of "online declaration+offline confirmation". Online declaration is completed by the property service enterprise or the property emergency maintenance department through the "Declaration of Epidemic Prevention and Control Subsidies" module in the "Pudong Smart Property Service Platform" (hereinafter referred to as Pudong Smart Property). Offline confirmation: The applicant downloads the Application Form for Subsidies to Help Enterprises in Pudong Property Industry to Fight the Epidemic from Pudong Smart Property Platform (hereinafter referred to as the Application Form for Subsidies to Help Enterprises) and submits it to relevant units and departments for confirmation.

Among them, the property service enterprises need to print the Application Form for Subsidies for Helping Enterprises and report it to the community neighborhood committee and the street housing management office for confirmation. The New District Property Emergency Maintenance Center prints the Application Form for Subsidy Relief for Helping Enterprises and submits it to the District Property Management Center for review; The special service station for emergency maintenance of town and village property prints the Application Form for Subsidies for Helping Enterprises, and reports it to the emergency maintenance center of the town and district for preliminary examination, and then to the property management affairs center of the district for review.

After confirmation and approval, the property service enterprise will issue financial subsidies for three months according to the standard of 0.45 yuan/square meter/month. The time limit for calculating the subsidy is March 2022 1 to May 3, 20221.

The property emergency maintenance department will give a one-time subsidy according to the quota. The property emergency maintenance center in the new area is 900,000 yuan, and the special service stations for property emergency maintenance in towns give subsidies of10-300,000 yuan according to the epidemic prevention and control work during the closure period.

In addition, the overall funds of towns and villages will be allocated to towns and villages according to the industrial area of residential areas within the jurisdiction of towns and villages, and towns and villages will make "differentiated" distribution according to the work performance of various property service enterprises during this round of epidemic.
