How do property management enterprises apply for qualification? Property management enterprises that meet the reporting conditions may apply for qualification to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development or the local competent department of housing and urban-rural development in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Property Management Enterprise Qualification.
