3. Go through the commencement formalities (half a day)

Materials to be brought: decoration drawings, decoration construction scheme, decoration construction contract, qualification certificate of decoration construction unit, person in charge of construction, etc. It is also necessary to pay baking deposit, cleaning fee, perfume and other expenses to the property management party.

4, dismantle (3-7 days)

Demolition and reconstruction means the beginning of formal construction, mainly including wall demolition, wall shoveling, heating removal and replacement of plastic steel windows. Some things that don't need to be dismantled can be ignored!

5, hydropower transformation (5-7 days)

Steps of hydropower transformation: water and electricity disclosure → water and electricity estimation → material entry → pay-off and slotting → strong and weak electricity piping → water supply and drainage piping → strong electricity box layout → site cleaning → inspection.

If you want to install floor heating, central air conditioning, fresh air system, you need to go to the site to measure and negotiate the wiring details before hydropower transformation.

After the decoration construction enters the site and before the hydropower transformation, the company's designers are invited to take measurements to design the specific functions and layout of the cabinet and provide the hydropower map.

6, water and electricity acceptance 1 day)

Hydropower has to be checked and accepted at every stage, after all, it is very troublesome to repair this kind of thing later. Water pipes should be pressed for trial inspection, and the materials of wires and water pipes should be inspected in detail.

Remember to keep the water and electricity circuit diagram and take pictures of every detail when accepting.

7, mud tile construction (6- 1 1 day)

Pipeline construction → wall foundation treatment → brush wall waterproofing → auxiliary wall tiles → brush.

Ground waterproofing → closed water test → floor tile laying → cleaning and protection → marking.

note:

The kitchen floor should be 30cm waterproof, and the floor should be covered with a layer.

The waterproof height of the bathroom wall is 180cm.

It takes 24 hours to close the water and try your face after waterproofing.

8. Woodworking construction (10-2 1 day)

Main projects: hanging dragon erection, wooden door production, unfinished cabinet production, TV background modeling, wood floor installation, plaster line, whole house cabinet, skirting line, floor platform, etc.
