The Regulations of Beijing Municipality on the Administration of Non-motor Vehicles came into effect on 20 18 1 1 (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations).

The "Regulations" stipulate that this Municipality shall implement a product catalogue system for electric bicycles that meet the national standards. Electric bicycles not listed in the product catalogue shall not be sold, registered and licensed in this city. Vehicles that are not registered before the implementation of the Regulations and are not in the product catalogue will be issued with temporary signs and a three-year transition period will be set. After the transition period expires, you are not allowed to drive on the road.

The transition period will end on June 365438+1October 3 1 this year. With the approaching of the deadline of the transition period, the general public's demand for replacing new cars is more concentrated.

In order to prevent citizens from waiting in line at the non-motor vehicle registration station of the traffic branch (brigade), the traffic control department suggested that citizens should give priority to the convenience service point of electric bicycles for registration and licensing. All convenience service points are not limited to registering the vehicles sold in our store. Vehicles purchased by citizens in other stores can also be registered and licensed at the convenience service points of the same brand of electric bicycles.

At the same time, the traffic control department also specially reminded that when handling the registration of electric bicycles, it is necessary to submit the vehicles on site and submit the following application materials: registration application form, owner's identity certificate, car purchase certificate and vehicle factory certificate.
