How to pay for Puning Xinghe parking lot?

Guangdong Hui Commercial Management Co., Ltd. applied to our bureau to formulate the charging standard for vehicle parking service in the parking lot on the first floor of Puning Square in Puning City. According to the Pricing Catalogue of Guangdong Province (2022 Edition), the Implementation Opinions of Guangdong Provincial Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department of Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission on Further Improving the Charging Policy for Motor Vehicle Parking Services (Guangdong Development and Reform Commission [2065438+07] No.5) and the Notice of Puning Development and Reform Bureau, Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Transportation Bureau and Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau on Printing and Distributing Puning City.

A, car parking service charges:

(1) Free of charge for parking service from 0: 00 to 2: 00 every day, and free of charge for entering the parking lot for less than 30 minutes from 2: 00 to 6: 00. After that, 5 yuan charges the highest fee per hour for 24 consecutive hours 15 yuan;

(2) No parking service fee is charged for parking for less than 2 hours from 6: 00 to 24: 00, and 5 yuan will be charged for the third hour, and then 1 yuan will be charged for every hour, with the maximum charge of 15 yuan for 24 consecutive hours.

Second, military and police vehicles, emergency rescue and disaster relief, hospital ambulances, municipal engineering emergency repair vehicles, motorcycles (including electric motorcycles) and bicycles are exempt from vehicle parking service fees.

The above charging standards are planned to be implemented on April 15, 2022, and are hereby announced.
