It is a north-south traffic backbone line, starting from Yanqiao in the north and reaching Xuelang in the south. The total length of the line is 29.42km, of which 7. 157km is overhead line, 2 1.9 1052km is underground line, and there are 24 stations. The estimated investment is174.8 billion yuan. Wuxi Metro 1 Line has purchased 23 trains 138 vehicles, and the trains adopt 4-motor, 2-trailer and 6-car drum-type aluminum alloy B metro vehicles, with a service life of over 30 years. The line connects the central city with the important urban areas in the south and north, runs through the most important transportation and commercial development axis of the city, connects Huishan District Administrative Center, Wuxi Railway Station and Sanyang Square core business district in the north, and connects Wuxi New Administrative Center in Taihu New Town in the south. It not only undertakes a large number of traffic demands in the north-south direction, alleviates the current traffic problems, supports the functional construction of important cities, but also promotes the realization of Wuxi's important development goal of "expanding south". Tanduqiao Station is located on the south side of Yongfeng Road, Taihu Square Station is located on Yonghe Road, Qingming Bridge Station is located on the north side of Qingming Road, People's Hospital Station is located in the Medical Center and transferred to Wuxi Metro Line 5, and Huaqingqiao Station is located on Guangxin Road. Cross the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal from the east side of Huaqing Bridge, then turn west to Yangming Industrial Avenue, and set up Yangming Station on Yangming Industrial Avenue. The line will continue to turn west to south to Nanhu Avenue, and Nanhu Jiayuan Station will be set at the intersection of Nanhu Avenue and Datong Road. The line will go south along Nanhu Avenue and set up Tangtieqiao Station on Gaolang Road. The line will continue south to Guanshan Road and turn west, and Jingui Park Station will be set on the east side of the intersection of Guanshan Road and Gong Hu Avenue. Wuxi Metro 1 Line has been in full swing since June 2009. The specific design scheme is as follows: the south extension line runs south from Changguangxi Station along Lihu Avenue, and sets Xuelangping Station along Pinghu Road to the north of the intersection of Pinghu Road and Shangde Road; First Snow Lang Ping Station faces south, and Wanda City Station is located at the intersection of Yuanxi Road and the planned Wanda Road. It is the east-west traffic trunk line, starting from Kaiyuan Temple in Meiyuan in the west and ending in Anzhen in the east. The total length of the line is 26.43km, including 6.575km overhead line and 20. 168km underground line (including U-shaped groove). There are 22 stations, with an estimated investment of 654.38+00.494 billion yuan. 23 trains 138 are purchased for the whole line of metro line 2, and the trains are drum-shaped aluminum alloy B-type metro vehicles with 4 motors, 2 trailers and 6 cars. The line connects the central city with the western region and Dong Xi New Town, and is arranged along the east-west development axis of Wuxi. It starts from the administrative center of Binhu District in the west and ends in Xishan District in the east, connecting Wuxi Station of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway in series, and forms a transfer with 1 line at Sanyang Square Station. It mainly undertakes the east-west traffic between the central city and the new district, Lihu New City and the external transportation hub, further improving the function of the central city. Line 2 was officially opened to traffic on 2065438+February 28th, 2004. At the beginning of the opening of Line 2, Yingyuehu Park Station, Yingbin Square Station and Anzhen Station were temporarily closed due to the immature opening conditions, in order to effectively control the operating costs and improve the economic benefits of subway operation. After entering Renmin East Road, the line gradually shifted to the south, passing through the ancient canal, Gongyi Road, Xingyuan Road, Shanghai-Nanjing Railway, Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway and some houses on the south side of Tingzi Bridge, entering Shangmadun Road, and setting up Shangmadun Station at the exciting intersection. Then continue eastbound along Shangmadun Road, set Jinghai Station at the intersection of Jianghai Elevated Road and Shangmadun Road, and transfer to Wuxi Metro Line 3. An urban express subway line that obliquely runs through Wuxi city from northwest to southeast.
