1. Design integration qualification has been cancelled.

From 20 1 14 years 10, the competent departments of housing and urban-rural construction at or below the provincial level and relevant central enterprises stopped accepting the first application, additional application and upgrade application for four engineering design and construction qualifications, including building intelligence, fire protection facilities, building decoration and building curtain wall. 2. The landscaping qualification was cancelled.

3. The qualification below Grade II of property management has been cancelled.

At present, the qualifications of the second-class and below property service enterprises have all been cancelled. Newly established property management companies can only apply for qualification from the third level. If the company successfully receives the project within one year, it will be upgraded to level 3 qualification. After the performance meets the qualification upgrade conditions, it can be upgraded step by step, up to the first level of qualification. Companies with the second-class qualification of property service enterprises can now upgrade to the first-class qualification immediately, and then they can undertake projects normally.

4. The qualification of bidding agent will be cancelled soon.

There is no doubt that the final legal qualification of the bidding agency has been cancelled. It is in line with the basic law of market economy to completely cancel the qualification of bidding agency. Under the condition of market economy, the bidding agency service should follow the market rules and need open competition.

5. Cancel the pilot's labor qualification (time to be determined)

Zhejiang, Anhui and Shaanxi provinces have carried out the pilot work of canceling labor qualifications for more than a year. It is only a matter of time before the nationwide cancellation of the document is issued. At present, almost all the bidding sites in the country have stopped handling labor qualifications.

6. Cancel the qualification of engineering consulting.

In the draft for comments issued by the National Development and Reform Commission some time ago, it is proposed to cancel the qualification identification of engineering consulting units, and the qualification identification will be adjusted to social organizations to carry out self-discipline credit evaluation of engineering consulting units in the later period.
