What do you mean by four groups in the community?

Owners Committee, property management company, community industry Committee, community neighborhood Committee.

1. Owners' Committee: The community association has set up an owners' committee, which is elected by the community owners and is responsible for managing and maintaining the facilities in the community and coordinating the relationship between the owners.

2. Property management company: The community hired a professional property management company to be responsible for the daily management, maintenance and service of the community.

3. Community Industry Committee: A community industry committee will be established, elected by the community owners, to supervise the management of the property company and assist in handling the financial and maintenance affairs of the community.

4. Community neighborhood committees: Community residents spontaneously set up neighborhood committees to assist communication and cooperation among residents and promote a harmonious atmosphere in the community. The residents' committee will organize community activities, culture and entertainment.
