How to calculate the property tax for rent-free period of self-sustaining property?

1. The tax law stipulates that if the lease contract signed by both parties has a rent-free period, the property owner shall pay the property tax according to the original value of the property during the rent-free period.

2. Specific amount calculated by ad valorem tax:

Property tax payable in "year" = original value of property X( 1- deduction ratio of original value of property 10%-30%)X 1.2%.

Note: If it is less than 1 year, it is calculated by converting the annual interest rate into the monthly interest rate.
