Tianxi Wharf chooses Shengze Lake as the site, which is surrounded by high-quality ecological resources of Yangcheng Lake and Shengze Lake. According to the plan, Shengze Lake Area will be built into a 5A-level scenic spot along the Yangcheng Lake and a modern urban livable area integrating leisure, entertainment, tourism, education and consultation, residence and commerce.

Not only the ecological resources are impeccable, but also the supporting educational and medical resources around Shengze Lake are very rich. There are existing Xiangzhou primary and secondary schools, the planned nine-year compulsory school, 12 compulsory international school, and Yangcheng Lake Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soviet Union.

There is a commercial complex of 300,000 cubic meters in the eastern neighborhood center of the project, and the commercial complex of five-star Hilton Hotel and Shen Gong Dike is planned in the 5A scenic spot of Shengze Lake, which will become a more distinctive waterscape block comparable to Gong Li Dam of Jinji Lake.

In the first phase of the project, a 500-meter-long healthy circular runway connects five theme parks in series from north to south, namely Rhythmic Time, Flower Gallery, Tree-lined Ramp, Space Meng Tong and Blue Heart.

The greening style of the whole community embodies the rhythm of modern aesthetic feeling.
