Law enforcement brigade can manage real estate?

Functions of real estate law enforcement brigade:

1. Participate in administrative law enforcement inspection, and be responsible for correcting illegal acts in real estate property registration management, real estate market management, real estate agency management, house demolition, decoration and property management;

2. Impose administrative punishment on the above-mentioned illegal acts according to law;

3, responsible for the overall implementation of the administrative legal documents in force;

4, responsible for the delivery of various legal documents made in the name of the bureau;

5. Assist relevant departments to coordinate and solve internal law enforcement contradictions.
