For the owners whose installation of elevators affects the lighting and ventilation of residential buildings, appropriate compensation can be given through negotiation.

Elevator installation and maintenance costs shall be borne by the applicant according to the proportion determined in the agreement. The elevator installation fee borne by the applicant may apply for the use of the housing provident fund under the name of the house owner and his spouse, and the withdrawal amount shall not exceed the shared expenses; In accordance with the relevant provisions, you can apply for the use of residential special maintenance funds; You can apply for the use of other funds stipulated by the local government.

The special design of elevator installation shall conform to the relevant standards and safety technical specifications of urban planning, structural safety, fire fighting, emergency rescue and elevator construction and operation, so as to ensure that the safety of the main structure will not be affected after the elevator installation. On the premise of practicality, it is not allowed to occupy fire evacuation space, urban roads, or increase or increase residential use space in disguise.

The contractor shall purchase qualified elevators manufactured by units that have obtained the qualification of manufacturing license. The installation of the elevator shall be carried out by the elevator manufacturing unit or its entrusted unit that has obtained the corresponding license according to law. If elevators are installed within the original construction land, the new area after the installation of elevators belongs to all owners within the installation scope, and there is no need to go through the formalities of land occupation and real estate registration, and the land price is not levied for the increased floor area ratio, so as to avoid paying related administrative fees such as supporting fees for urban infrastructure.
