Where does Shengfeng Community belong?

Shengfeng Community is located in the west of Haishu District, at the junction of urban and rural areas. The regional scope is Wenhua Road in the east, Zhongshan West Road in the south, Xiao Yong Railway in the west and Tongtu West Road in the north. It consists of Shengfeng Community, Zhongshan Yayuan Community, Qiannan Community, Zhoujiabian, Linjiabian and Shengfeng Road.

The residential area covers an area of about 16 1438 square meters, with a building area of 73,542 square meters. There are 2,690 permanent households with a population of 5,850, including Xinningbo people 1800 people. There are 53 apartment buildings in the jurisdiction, 183 corridor. There are kindergartens, community activity rooms and elderly activity centers in the community, and there are three property management units.

At present, there are 9 staff members, 2 social security personnel and 2 full-time mediators in the community, and the management mode of compartmentalization and the responsibility system of joint responsibility are implemented, with clear division of labor, implementation of responsibilities and clear assessment. Property management is conscientious, and representatives of corridors (wall doors), group leaders and residents in the community also actively participate in the beautification of the whole community, and they are very familiar with community work and give active cooperation and support. In order to enrich residents' spare time life, neighborhood committees often organize various activities, such as Tai Ji Chuan training, line dancing training, fitness ball, fitness yangko and so on. 15 is a hiking day for community residents every month. These activities not only exercise the residents' health, but also enhance their communication and exchange. Shengfeng Community is adjacent to Cuizhong Community, Qiandong Community, Longbai Community, Zhihong Community, Cultural Community, Beijiao Community, Cui Nan Community, Xinzhi Community, Yongfeng Community, Gaoxin Community, Liu Zhuang Community and Wangnong Community.

From June, 5438 to February, 2020, Shengfeng Community was named "Democracy and Rule of Law Village (Community)" at the provincial level in Zhejiang Province in 2020.

There are tourist attractions such as Tianyige Yuehu Scenic Area, Tianyige Museum, Liangzhu Monument, Tu Yong Tomb Stone Carving, Bailiang Bridge and so on near Shengfeng Community. There are also Ningbo Tangtuan, Ningbo embroidery, Terra yellow croaker, Silverstream straw mat, colorful yellow croaker and other specialties.
